At Greensboro Gargoyles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic-inspired fashion. If your purchase doesn't fit your aesthetic, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
